Debate Analyst: Coakley Commanding, butJoe Endorsing Capuano toMake Room for His Son
Points made by Dan Payne on NECN (video below):
- Candidates were boxed in by the format.
- Capuano spent a lot of time yelling at the moderator for the questions, which is bad form.
- Khazei kept running through the stop signs, which also is bad form.
- We’ll see a much more aggressive campaign in the future.

Poll Surprise: Capuano Campaign Stalls
According to KennedySeat.com’s information on new poll results from the Western New England College Polling Institute, the Capuano campaign is failing to gain ground with voters. As was widely expected, the lead for Coakley (who began with by far the highest name recognition) has narrowed as voters get to know the other candidates. However, I haven’t heard anybody predicting that the trend for Capuano would be dead flat. [Read more →]

Obama Women Endorse Coakley

New England Women for Change has endorsed Coakley for Senate. According to their website, the organization was:
