		<description>Women are underrepresented!  We should only have to pay a fraction of taxes until we are fully represented by effective politicians who understand women&#039;s needs.
Often it is women who are caretakers for children, elderly, and differently abled persons.  We need the political power to advocate effectively for the needs of these vulnerable groups.</description>
